To ensure the child is provided with the best possible support that is co-ordinated and joined-up, we may share/gain information with wider partners/organisations or via the GM integrated shared care record, for example, Health service providers - GPs, Community Health etc. This ensures the child gets access to the right support and co-ordinated care.
