Report a problem for the first time

We often receive enquiries where people don't actually want or need to make a complaint, they just want to report a problem to the service, for example:

  • Fly tipping
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Potholes
  • Missed bins
  • Housing repairs.

What is a complaint?

A complaint is where you are dissatisfied with the standard of service, actions or lack of actions by the authority, staff or those acting on our behalf.
