What is it?
“My Day, My Way” is a project to help us learn more about what life is like for local people with a long-term conditions and disabilities.
We want to know:
- What makes a good day?
- What things are hard for you?
- What do you want for your future?
- What kind of help or support works best?
Why are we doing this?
We believe everyone should have the chance to live a life that feels good, safe, and full of choice.
We want to hear from you about:
- What you want your days to look like in the future
- What helps you feel part of your community
- What stops you from joining in local activities
- What support you need to feel happy, safe, and included
- What helps you learn, work, or do things you enjoy
What happens next?
By listening to you, we can make things better. We want to work together to make social care services and local areas more welcoming, easier to use and help you to achieve your future goals.
Your ideas will help us:
- Design better support
- Make communities more friendly
- Help everyone live a life that suits them
- Help you achieve your goals and ambitions
