Before you use this form
Please use this form to report the following issues:
- Blocked grids or gullies on the adopted highway.
- Drainage of surface water causing flooding on the adopted road
- Damaged drainage grid cover
- Road surface deterioration around the drainage asset
If your issue relates to a manhole, please use the manhole reporting form.
Please only use this form if your issue is located on the adopted highway.
Please note the council is not responsible for leaks from a water main and resulting flooding.
Burst water mains should be reported to United Utilities who are responsible for dealing with water leaking from their water mains.
If you believe that United Utilities are not properly addressing a problem you can complain to the Consumer Council for Water (external link) but you must give United Utilities the opportunity to resolve the problem first.
